Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high order volumes. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Packaging
All cards are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid card savers, then securely packaged to prevent bending or damage during transit. Higher-value cards may be sent with additional protective packaging and tracked or signed-for delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs will vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at support@pokemongems.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
